Nikki's Role

The Client Happiness Officer is responsible for ensuring that all operational and client activities are executed to the highest standard. I serve as the main point of contact for client relationships, advising and implementing key strategic initiatives to drive client satisfaction and business growth.  As leader of the Eclipse Success Team, I create and monitor the standards and procedures in which the organization operates, constantly looking for ways to improve the execution of services.  Lastly, I strive to make each and every client and partner experience with Eclipse exceptional. 


Nikki's Background

I have been in the telecom/communications industry for about 3 ½ years. My experience includes project management, implementation, billing management, vendor management, sales, process creation, and more. I love working in this industry because I am constantly learning and improving myself every day.

My passions include travel, yoga, and giving back to the community.

My purpose is to lead a life that makes me happy in everything I do.


What actor would play you in a movie about your life?

Either Molly Ringwald or Edie Sedgwick would be that starring role.


What was your favorite game to play as a child?

I would play with Barbies constantly.
