Day one begins with a welcome reception at the Office at the Aviary. Widely considered one of the best and most innovative cocktail bars in the world. It has changed how cocktails are created and served worldwide. 

Wednesday, September 24th, 2025

Day two combines the best of learning with play. We start with a day filled with thought provoking content and networking focused on addressing some of your most interesting challenges. Hear your peers and a curated list of vendors speak about how they are solving problems at scale for companies like yours and moving the needle on your most influential business outcomes. 

Our day of learning and networking is capped off with our featured keynote speaker Chef Grant Achatz. Chef Grant solidified his reputation as an entrepeneur, leader and world class chef when he founded Alinea in 2005, one of only 146 3-star Michelin rated restaurants in the world.  

Our day has more adventure left, after we give you time to explore one of Chicago's great neighborhoods, the West Loop, we will experience a once in a lifetime opportunity to dine at Alinea in the most intimate way possible as we have bought out the restaurant for the night for our select group of invitees.
