Client Solutions Advisor

Summary:

​

We are seeking a driven and proven Client Solutions Advisor that has successfully run a consultative sales process for Enterprise clients focused on technology and telecom solutions. You should have proven experience with building and managing a book of business focused on net new logo acquisition. 

​​

Responsibilities include:

​

  • Running a consultative sales process that identifies client needs and opportunities

  • Determine appropriate Eclipse and vendor partner solutions based on client needs and desired outcomes

  • Execute a sales process on marketing qualified leads

  • Be the point of contact for new acquisition prospects and coordinate each step of the sales process in the acquisition of new logos

  • Establishing active engagement with prospects to create new leads

  • Having a client-first approach to creating short term value and long term relationships

  • Overcoming common objections in the sales process

  • Managing a customer pipeline in our CRM tool

  • Foster productive relationships with referral partners and vendor partner sales professionals

  • Presenting proposals and other deliverables to clients in a polished and professional manager

  • Working closely with the Eclipse team to deliver quality deliverables and work product to our clients

Our Ideal Teammate will:

  • Have at least 2 years of sales experience in telecom, technology, cloud, or contact center

Telecom Order Manager

Summary:

​

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end process of telecom service orders from order through implementation and turnup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating service installations, upgrades, and disconnects across various telecom carriers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Responsibilities include:

​

  • Manage the full lifecycle of telecom orders including planning, submission, tracking, escalation, and completion.

  • Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, customers, and telecom service providers.

  • Ensure all orders are accurately entered and tracked in internal systems and carrier portals.

  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure service readiness and timelines.

  • Monitor order progress, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues to carriers or internal stakeholders as necessary.

  • Review and verify order documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with specifications.

  • Maintain detailed records of all communications, order statuses, changes, and completions and ensure accurate inventory and contract documentation.

  • Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients on order statuses.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure timely resolution of service issues, delays, and billing discrepancies related to orders.

Our Ideal Teammate will:

​

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 3+ years of experience in telecommunications provisioning, order management, or related roles.

  • Possess a strong understanding of telecom products and services (e.g., circuits, broadband, VoIP, MPLS, etc.).

  • Have familiarity with telecom carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, Lumen, etc.) and their ordering systems/portals.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

  • Embody strong communication and interpersonal skills: written, verbal, video meeting, and phone.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Eclipse’s order management systems (training provided)

  • Be capable of troubleshooting and resolving order-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

​

These skills will give you leg up:

​

  • Experience with enterprise-level telecom environments, large-scale service deployments, or carrier background.

  • Project management experience 

  • Working knowledge of contract terms and SLAs in the telecom industry.

​

Salary: $55-70K depending on experience.
