Current Opportunities

Client Solutions Advisor

Responsibilities include:

  • Running a consultative sales process that identifies client needs and opportunities

  • Determine appropriate Eclipse and vendor partner solutions based on client needs and desired outcomes

  • Execute a sales process on marketing qualified leads

  • Be the point of contact for new acquisition prospects and coordinate each step of the sales process in the acquisition of new logos

  • Establishing active engagement with prospects to create new leads

  • Having a client-first approach to creating short term value and long term relationships

  • Overcoming common objections in the sales process

  • Managing a customer pipeline in our CRM tool

  • Foster productive relationships with referral partners and vendor partner sales professionals

  • Presenting proposals and other deliverables to clients in a polished and professional manager

  • Working closely with the Eclipse team to deliver quality deliverables and work product to our clients 

Our Ideal Teammate will:

  • Have at least 2 years of sales experience in telecom, technology, cloud, or contact center

  • Know how to run complex deal cycles or possess a willingness to learn

  • Have a hunter mentality

  • Have a track record of achieving sales revenue goals

  • Understand the basics of business finance

  • Have experience managing an opportunity pipeline in a CRM tool

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and LinkedIn Navigator with an emphasis on prospecting

  • Be comfortable communicating across different channels including phone, email, LinkedIn and others

  • Have flexibility and adaptability as core personality traits

  • Be a person who understands that success is a team sport

  • Experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, WAN, and cloud are all a plus
